We updated our company logo in 2013 as well as designed an icon for the business that could be used as a site favicon and avatar for social media.

The goal for developing the Green Hobby House logo was to create a simple yet iconic look for the business that reflected the brand’s personality. We created this custom graphic by taking an actual photograph of the house and recreating it as a simple graphic in illustrator. Additionally, we created business cards for Green Hobby House that were cohesive with both the new logo as well as the website.

We worked together with our client to come up with a logo and identity that fit with her vision for her company. She supplied us with a hand sketch of her vision that we then turned into a custom graphic. We performed an extensive typeface exploration and worked together to find the right fit. Additionally, we create custom icons that could be used for branding purpose, both on her social media pages as well as her business cards and website.

Our clients came to us with a specific idea of what they were thinking (a dog silhouette holding a sneaker). We took their vision and created a custom graphic in Illustrator. We worked with them on picking a typeface that fit the brand’s personality and created a color palette based on their vision.

The Winslow Farm logo was truly a partnership between us and our client. The client provided us with a hand drawn blueberry and we recreated it in illustrator and made it the ‘icon’ for the business’s brand. We combined this icon with a classic typeface that fit with the personality of his farm. We also created business cards using this new brand identity.

The Brown Stitch is another business we run and in 2013 we decided it was time for an updated brand look. We updated the typography and color palette as well as included a hand-drawn illustration of the yarn ball which was then converted into Illustrator. This yarn ball then became the ‘icon’ of the business, being used as the avatar/profile image on social media. We also created multiple versions of this logo depending on the situation: a version on brown, a version on white, and a black and white version. Finally, The Brown Stitch’s Facebook page was updated to reflect this new look. The new logo/icon was implemented as well as the tab pages were customized in the brand’s new font.
